Homemade Triangle Mini Bites with Spinach (Χρυσή Ζύμη) 700g  - "Chryssi Zymi"

In Greek, these appetizers are called "spanakopita" or "spanakopitakia", commonly known as spinach pies or spinach triangles.

INGREDIENTS: Dough 60% : wheat flour, non hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (palm oil, cotton seed oil), water, extra virgin olive oil (2%), corn starch, salt, sugar. Filling 40% : Spinach (34%), mizithra cheese (20%), endive (13%), leek (13%), fresh onion, Feta cheese,whole egg (3%) , wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil (1%), dill, parsley, salt, black pepper. 

The product contains ingredients of wheat (gluten), milk (lactose), egg and is produced in a sesame processing area.
